Minimum stay at this rental is 5 nights. Rates are based on occupancy of four people. Each additional person is $50 per night. 

Cleaning fee included in rate. Mid-stay cleaning included with 7+ nights. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000. State taxes are 17.962%. 50% of the rate and taxes are due at the time of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  Holiday deposits and extended stays are due sooner as written in contract.  Hawaii Tax ID: TA-007-990-4768-01
