The perfect Maui stay

Our stay at the Maui escape was perfect. The villa itself was plenty of space for my family of 6 and had everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and having beach towels and beach chairs to use offsite was such a plus! Communication with our hosts, Eric and Camille, was so easy and they were so responsive whenever we needed anything. The location was perfect with access to the Wailea shops, restaurants and beaches all within an easy walk. This was the perfect place to call home base for our 10 day Maui vacation! My family would come back to this villa in a heartbeat! Mahalo, Eric and Camille!

We had a lovely time at Eric’s property in the Wailea Beach Villas. We had a view of the family swimming pool and being so close to the pool was a huge plus because of our small children. Beach access was great and we enjoyed spending time at the beach every morning with the help of the staff who set everything up for us. The villa itself was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. Perfect for a small family. Eric checked in on us as did the amazing staff who were very helpful. Would definitely stay again and I’m recommending to our friends!

Everything was 5 star, from the communications with Erik and Camille, the owners, to the condo, the location on the Wailea beach walk. The check in process was seemless and the condo was clean amd very well equipped. We made dinner most nights and enjoyed having the grill and the lanai to relax and have dinner. There were 2 refrigerators and a blender as well! We only wished we could have extended our stay in paradise.

Everything about this unit, and Wailea Beach Villas , was perfect. The Maui Escape was the best stocked and most comfortable property we have ever rented. The adult pool and hot tub were excellent, but the beach was the real highlight for us. We had no trouble getting chairs set up for us every day, and loved walking up and down the beach path to look at the other ( more expensive !) resorts and come home to the beauty and peace of the villa. The owners are lovely and communication was easy. Highly recommend.

Wailea beach villas is one of the most beautiful properties in Wailea. It is connected to the shops of Wailea which is a huge amenity. The combination of WBV Georgious and massive luxurious condo units, stunning pools and gardens, proximity to beach coupled with shops of Wailea make this destination the most luxurious we have found in Wailea for condo living.
The Maui escape in particular is excellent value. The condo is stunning and the location to the family pool is as close as you can get.
We would definitely stay at WBV and the Maui escape again.
Eric and Camille are also extremely professional. We had a small incident with a leaky sink and texted Dave our concierge (who introduced himself via text shortly after we checked in) and he dispatched an engineer within an hour.
WBV is also in general extremely well run. It is the best of a hotel and condo living experience.
Also to note is the tons of In suite supplies such as laundry detergent, kitchen condiments and pool toys. We left some extra pool toys for the next visitor and if you stay here you will feel the same way - wanting to leave the place a little better off than how you found it.

Just finished our first stay in the Wailea area of Maui. Penthouse 110 was awesome. Spacious, high end finishes, and very clean. Balcony overlooks the family pool. Great access to the Wailea Shops area for dining and shopping and to Wailea beach. The owners were very nice and accessible. The staff at the complex was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend Penthouse 110. We hope to stay there again.

Mom and I brought the three teenage sons (19, 17 & 12) to Hawaii for two weeks. We were fortunate enough to spend almost a week at the beginning of our trip at the Maui Escape.
This was our first trip to Hawaii (from PA) so when looking At VRBO I have to admit, the towns all ran together and I had no sense of scale. We picked Maui Escape and Wailea basically because of the reviews. Boy did we luck out.
Friends all said (and please forgive if I misspell a location... still get confused by the Hawaiian names) "Lahaina is awesome" or "Ka'anapali is were all the action is" and they are right. Except that's not what we wanted. Wailea is just 'chill'. Not crowded, some shops, some restaurants, but not people EVERYWHERE like the other places we went. But what's cool about Wailea is you can drive there in 30-45 mins so, if that's what you want (like we did when the kids took a surfing lesson, or we went to jump off Black Rock) but you come 'home' to Wailea to relax when all that is done.
Sorry, back to the Maui Escape. we wanted multiple bedrooms for us and the kids but the three bedroom places in Maui were all super pricey (that third bedroom kicks you into a whole different cost level). The Maui Escape was perfect. We put the two kids who get along well (19 & 12) in the twin beds in the front bedroom, and the sullen 17 year old got the murphy bed in the office off the kitchen. Perfect. Kids had their own bathroom, Mom and Dad had the Master suite. All good. Also, if you're coming as two couples, the front bedroom can be made into a King bed and there is a 'pocket door' that closes off the hall to the bathroom so each couple has a bedroom and private bath. Perfect design.
The kitchen is great. Everything you need. The Viking grill on the lanai is top notch, grill utensils below the grill.
Frankly, there is nothing we would ask to be changed. Perfect place for two couples or a family of five (5) looking for a fantastic Maui Escape. Thank you for sharing it with us!

My family of 4 (2 teens, 14/17) spent a week during Thanksgiving at Eric and Camille’s amazing condo at the Wailea Beach Villas.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained with gorgeous foliage, flowers and waterfalls. It is gated community with 24hr security. There is also a concierge to help plan the perfect excursion, recommend restaurants or arrange a rental car.
The condo is absolutely perfect with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your Maui vacation. From the bedding, plush towels to the kitchen and appliances, no detail has been overlooked. As soon as you walk through the door, you can tell that Eric and Camille take pride in their property and want you to feel at home. Our teens would prefer not to share a bedroom, so the Murphy bed in the bonus room/den was perfect for our 14yo girl. The bed was very comfortable as were all the beds. There is also a large soaking tub in the master bath. Guests prior to us had left bath salts and a couple of candles. Really nice.
The kitchen: one of the reasons we love to rent a condo is to have a kitchen so we don’t have to eat out for every meal. This kitchen is spectacular with 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers and every appliance and cookware you can think of...even a rice maker and a juicer. The pantry is stocked with spices, oils, vinegars, Tupperware and aluminum foil. We cooked many meals in this perfect kitchen and grilled steaks and fresh fish on the BBQ on the patio.
Eric and Camille were awesome and available for any question or issue we had. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you enjoy a perfect vacation while you’re in Maui. We have rented other condos in the Wailea/Makena area and The Maui Escape is an exquisite condo.
